I have decided to start a new challenge tomorrow! It's for 21 days, so it's not forever and to me that makes it easier to stick to. I've done the no junk food thing before, but recently I've been just eating whatever. I did really good my whole pregnancy with barely any soda, and the last couple of weeks I've been so tired I have had quite a bit of it.
I have about 15 pounds left to go before getting back to pre-pregnancy weight, which isn't too bad. I think doing this challenge will really help get there, plus I've started taking walks every day and working out slowly.
